Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

Prepare the Ingredients
Peel and slice potatoes into thin rounds.
Finely chop spinach.In a mixing bowl, combine bacon, spinach, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and a pinch of pepper. Set aside.Pat salmon dry and season flesh side with garlic pepper. -
Melt Butter and Season Potatoes
Place butter in a large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave uncovered until melted, 15-30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave.Stir in sliced potatoes, savory seasoning, and garlic salt until coated. Butter will be hot! Use a utensil. -
Start the Potatoes
Place potatoes on 2/3 of prepared baking sheet. Spread into an even layer on their side.
Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
Add the Salmon
Place salmon on empty side of baking sheet and evenly top with spinach mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Sheet will be hot! Use caution.

Finish Potatoes and Salmon and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until potatoes are tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
