Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

Cook the Turkey
Place a large oven-safe non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add ground turkey and half the seasoned salt (reserve remaining for pasta) to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and ground turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.Add minced garlic and parsley and stir constantly until aromatic, 30-60 seconds. -
Make the Sauce
Stir cream base, pesto, and a pinch of pepper into hot pan. Bring to a simmer.

Add the Pasta
Once simmering, stir pasta, spinach, and remaining seasoned salt into hot pan until combined.
If sauce is too thick, add water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner. -
Broil Pasta and Finish Dish
Top pasta evenly with cheese.
Transfer pan to hot broiler and broil until cheese is melted and bubbly, 2-4 minutes.Carefully remove from broiler. Pan handle will be hot! Use an oven mitt. Rest, 3 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
