Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Par-Bake the Flatbreads
Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet, flat-side down, and spray with cooking spray.
Bake in hot oven until lightly browned, 6-8 minutes.While flatbreads par-bake, continue recipe. -
Prepare the Ingredients
Drain pineapples and coarsely chop.
Trim and thinly slice green onions.Halve and peel shallot. Cut halves into 1/4" dice.Line a plate with paper towels. Place half the tofu on towel-lined plate (remaining is yours to use as you please!). Top with paper towels, pressing firmly to remove excess moisture. Using your hands, crumble tofu into pea-sized pieces. -
Cook the Tofu
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add shallots, tofu, garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper to hot pan. Cook undisturbed until starting to brown, 2-3 minutes.
Stir occasionally until tofu is golden-brown all over, 6-8 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in half the BBQ sauce (reserve remaining for garnish) until combined. -
Assemble the Flatbreads
After 6-8 minutes, carefully remove flatbreads from oven. Flip flatbreads flat-side up. Top evenly with cheese, tofu, then pineapples. Sheet will be hot! Use caution.

Bake Flatbreads and Finish Dish
Bake in hot oven until cheese is melted and edges are brown and crispy, 7-10 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with remaining BBQ sauce, green onions, and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
