Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground turkey, break up and cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

  1. 1

Start the Ground Beef and Broccoli

Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands. Evenly divide between both trays.

Evenly divide ground beef between both trays and break into bite-sized pieces.

Top each tray with 1 tsp. olive oil.

Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

Ground beef will finish cooking in a later step.

Carefully remove from oven and drain any excess liquid. Trays will be hot! Use caution.

  2. 2

    Add the Bok Choy

Break up beef into smaller bite-sized pieces. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.

Evenly divide bok choy, minced garlic and chili pepper (use less if spice-averse), and garlic salt between both trays. Stir to combine.

  3. 3

    Bake Meal and Heat Rice

Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-10 minutes.

While meal bakes, coarsely crush wonton strips.

Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging. Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.

Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.

Stir in a pinch of salt and fluff rice with a fork.

    Carefully remove trays from oven.

Evenly divide BBQ sauce (to taste) and orange sauce between both trays. Stir to combine. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.

To serve, top rice with ground beef mixture and garnish with crushed wonton strips and sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
