If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

Prepare the Ingredients
Cut potatoes into 1" pieces.
Place potatoes and 1/4 tsp. salt in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until tender, 6-8 minutes.While potatoes microwave, remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/2" dice.Pat steaks dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. -
Cook the Steaks
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add steaks to hot pan and cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner and transfer steaks to a plate. Rest, 3 minutes.Wipe pan clean and reserve.While steaks cook, continue recipe. -
Cook the Potatoes
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 4 tsp. olive oil.
Add bell peppers to hot pan and stir occasionally until peppers are lightly browned, 3-4 minutes.Add microwaved potatoes and savory seasoning. Stir occasionally until browned all over, 8-10 minutes.Stir in butter until melted and combined, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. -
Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Return pan used to cook steaks to medium heat.
Add bacon to hot, dry pan and stir occasionally until crispy, 30-60 seconds.Add cream base and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, add cheese and stir occasionally until combined, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping steak with sauce. Slice steak, if desired. Bon appétit!
