1 Bake the Potatoes
Prick potatoes all over with a fork.
In one provided tray, combine potatoes, 2 tsp. olive oil, seasoned salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven until golden-brown and tender, 25-30 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While potatoes bake, continue recipe. -
2 Bake the Chicken
Coarsely crush crackers in shipping bag. Get the kids involved! With supervision, have them help crush the crackers.
In a mixing bowl, combine half the crackers (reserve remaining for topping), cream cheese, shredded cheese, and pesto. Set aside.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.Place chicken in second provided tray. Evenly top with cracker-cheese mixture, then remaining crackers. Spray with cooking spray.Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes. Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven.While chicken bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Peas and Finish Meal
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peas and garlic salt. Top with butter. Kids want to help? With supervision, have them help stir the peas.
Microwave uncovered until peas are heated through and butter is melted, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir to combine. Bon appétit!
