Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Start Potatoes and Prepare Steak Strips
Quarter potatoes.
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until tender, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.While potatoes microwave, pat steak strips dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Season all over with seasoned salt. -
Finish the Potatoes
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 4 tsp. olive oil.
Add microwaved potatoes to hot pan and stir occasionally until golden-brown, 8-10 minutes.Stir in ranch seasoning until combined.Remove from burner.While potatoes cook, continue recipe. -
Cook the Steak Strips
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add pepper and onion mix to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tender, 3-5 minutes.Add steak strips and stir occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While steak strips cook, continue recipe. -
Heat Rolls, Make Cheese Sauce, and Finish Dish
Place rolls directly on oven rack, cut-side down, in hot oven and toast until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes.
While rolls toast, combine creme fraiche, 1/4 cup water, and a pinch of salt and pepper in another microwave-safe bowl.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir in cheese until combined.Microwave again, uncovered, until heated through, 30-45 seconds.Carefully remove sauce from microwave and rolls from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, evenly spreading mayonnaise on cut-sides of roll and filling with steak mixture, then cheese sauce.
