Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables
Core tomato and cut into 1/4" dice.
In a mixing bowl, combine spring mix, tomatoes, tzatziki, and a pinch of salt.Set aside. -
Cook the Turkey
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground turkey, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes. -
Add the Rice and Cheese
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging.
Add rice, chimichurri seasoning, buttermilk-dill seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan with turkey. Stir often until rice is heated through, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in feta and mozzarella until melted and combined.While rice mixture cooks, continue recipe. -
Warm the Tortillas
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel.
Microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.If tortillas come folded, keep folded.Carefully remove from microwave. -
Assemble Gyro-ritos and Finish Dish
Place warmed tortillas on a clean work surface. Evenly divide turkey and rice mixture and vegetables between tortillas, placing in center of each tortilla.
Fold sides of tortilla toward center, then roll bottom edge towards the top, enclosing sides tightly.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, halving, if desired. Bon appétit!
