If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

Start the Vegetables
In one provided tray, combine zucchini, corn, 2 tsp. olive oil, and seasoned salt. Spread into an even layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
Prepare Chicken and Add Toppings
Tear spinach.
In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, softened cream cheese, Italian cheese blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt. Place chicken in second provided tray and evenly top with spinach mixture.After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Evenly top vegetables with bacon and Parmesan. Tray will be hot! Use caution. -
Bake the Meal
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
