If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Quarter potatoes.
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until tender, 6-8 minutes.While potatoes microwave, trim green beans, if necessary, and cut into 1" pieces. -
2 Cook the Pork Chops
Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with garlic salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Working in batches if necessary, add pork chops to hot pan and cook until golden-brown and chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Remove from burner. Transfer to a plate. Rest, 3 minutes. Wipe pan clean and reserve.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Vegetables
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add microwaved potatoes, green beans, and half the potato spice seasoning (reserve remaining for after cooking) to hot pan. Stir occasionally until potatoes are golden-brown and green beans are tender, 8-10 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in pesto and remaining potato spice seasoning. -
4 Make Gravy and Finish Dish
Return pan used to cook pork to medium heat.
Add flour and butter to hot pan. Stir often until butter is melted and no dry flour remains, 30-60 seconds.Add honey, chicken base, and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a simmer, stirring often.Once simmering, remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork chop with gravy. Bon appétit!
