Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Customize It Instructions

If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/2" dice. Alternatively, reserve some raw bell peppers on the side for snacking.
Drain pineapples in a colander/strainer and coarsely chop.Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
2 Cook the Beef
Place a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot, dry pot. Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.Drain any excess liquid. Pot will be hot! Use caution. -
3 Add the Peppers and Green Onions
Add 2 tsp. olive oil, bell peppers, and white portions of green onions to hot pot.
Stir occasionally until peppers are slightly tender, 4-6 minutes. -
4 Add the Slaw and Pineapples
Add slaw mix and pineapples to hot pot.
Stir occasionally until combined and pineapples are tender, 2-4 minutes. -
5 Add Noodles and Sauce and Finish Dish
Add 1/4 cup water and teriyaki glaze to hot pot. Stir occasionally until combined, 1-2 minutes.
Add noodles and stir occasionally until heated through, 2-4 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodles with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
