Cooking Guidelines

If using ground beef, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

Form the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, rotisserie chicken seasoning, mayonnaise, panko, buttermilk-dill seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Form turkey mixture into two equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. -
Cook the Patties
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add patties to hot pan and cook until patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 6-8 minutes per side.Remove from burner.While patties cook, continue recipe. -
Cook the Cauliflower
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add cauliflower and 1/4 cup water to hot pan and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, cover and cook until water is mostly evaporated and cauliflower is tender, 3-5 minutes.Uncover and add 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Stir occasionally until cauliflower is lightly browned, 2-4 minutes. -
Add Butter and Finish Dish
Stir softened butter into hot pan until melted and combined, 1-2 minutes.
Add lemon juice and stir to combine.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping patty with tzatziki. Garnish cauliflower with cheese. Bon appétit!
