Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

    Start the Potatoes

    Cut potatoes into 2" wedges and pat dry.

    Place wedges on prepared baking sheet and top with 2 tsp. olive oil, seasoned salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into wedges and spread into an even layer.

    Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven and push to one third of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use caution.

    While wedges roast, continue recipe.

    Prepare the Chicken

    Combine panko and half the cheese (reserve remaining for topping) on a plate. Spread into an even layer.

    Pat chicken dry.

    Evenly spread mayonnaise on one side of chicken. Place chicken, mayonnaise-side down, onto panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

    Add the Broccoli and Chicken

    Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands. Trim discolored ends, if necessary.

    Place broccoli in center of baking sheet and top with 2 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Place chicken, panko-side up, on empty side of baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Evenly top with remaining cheese.

    Roast Meal, Make Crema, and Finish Dish

    Roast in hot oven until potatoes and broccoli are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 12-15 minutes.

    Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    While meal roasts, in a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, garlic and parsley seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

    Carefully remove sheet from oven. Stir softened butter into broccoli until melted and combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

    To serve, top potatoes with crema. Bon appétit!
