1 Cook the Salmon
Pat salmon dry. Season flesh side with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add salmon, skin-side up, to hot pan. Sear until golden-brown and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-4 minutes per side.Remove from burner.While salmon cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim zucchini ends, halve lengthwise, and cut into 1/2” half-moons. Zucchini quantity may vary, but total weight will remain the same. Don't worry; recipe instructions are not impacted.
Zest and halve lemon. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half. -
3 Cook Zucchini and Add Sauce
Place another medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add zucchini to hot pan. Stir occasionally until lightly browned and tender, 4-5 minutes.Add garlic and parsley seasoning, cream base, and 1/4 cup water. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir in mozzarella until melted and combined, 1-2 minutes. -
4 Add Pasta and Finish Dish
Add 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, 1 tsp. lemon zest, 1 tsp. lemon juice, red pepper flakes (to taste), and pasta to hot pan with sauce.
Stir occasionally until combined and pasta is heated through, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with Parmesan. Squeeze lemon wedges over to taste. Bon appétit!
