Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

1 Prepare the Green Onions
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.

2 Cook the Turkey
Place a large pot over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground turkey and white portions of green onions to hot pot. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.Add half the teriyaki sauce (reserve remaining for sauce) and stir to combine, 1-2 minutes.Transfer turkey to a plate and set aside. Keep pot over medium heat; no need to wipe clean. -
3 Cook the Vegetables
Add sesame oil, carrots, red cabbage, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pot.
Stir occasionally until vegetables are tender, 5-7 minutes. -
4 Add the Turkey and Sauce
Add turkey and accumulated juices to hot pot.
Stir in orange sauce (to taste), remaining teriyaki sauce, and 1/4 cup water until combined. -
5 Add Noodles and Finish Dish
Add noodles to hot pot.
Stir occasionally until heated through, 2-4 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodles with green portions of green onions, sesame seeds, and wonton strips. Bon appétit!
