Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" dice.

Cook the Turkey
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground turkey and onion salt to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.Reduce heat to medium and transfer turkey to a plate. Wipe pan clean and keep over medium heat. -
Make the Sauce
Add cream base, pesto, mirepoix base, minced garlic and parsley, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), and a pinch salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir until combined and bring to a simmer.

Add Pasta and Finish Dish
Once simmering, add pasta to hot pan.
Cover and cook until pasta is heated through, 3-4 minutes.Uncover and add tomatoes and a pinch of salt. Stir occasionally until tomatoes are slightly tender, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with remaining cheese and balsamic glaze (to taste).
