Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Bake the Carrots

    In one provided tray, combine carrots, 2 tsp. olive oil, and savory seasoning.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until tender, 25-30 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven.

    While carrots bake, continue recipe.

    Bake the Chicken

    Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt, half the Italian seasoning (reserve remaining for sauce), and a pinch of pepper. Place chicken in second provided tray.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.

    Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    Carefully remove tray from oven.

    While chicken bakes, continue recipe.

    Heat Potatoes, Make Sauce, and Finish Meal

    Add mashed potatoes, creme fraiche, and garlic salt to a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir to combine. Set aside.

    In another microwave-safe bowl, combine minced garlic and parsley, cream base, half the remaining Italian seasoning (remaining is yours to use as you please!), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.

    Stir in Parmesan. Microwave again uncovered, 30 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.

    To serve, top chicken with sauce. Bon appétit!
