- 1 Microwave-Safe Bowl
- 1 Large Non-Stick Pan

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Make Sauce Mixture
Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/4" slices.
Trim and thinly slice green onions.Mince garlic.In a mixing bowl, combine ponzu, sweet and sour sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Set aside. -
2 Cook the Pork
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes. -
3 Add the Vegetables and Sauce
Add bell peppers to hot pan and stir occasionally until tender, 4-6 minutes.
Add garlic, slaw mix, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir often until vegetables are softened, 2-3 minutes.Add sauce mixture and stir occasionally until heated through and slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While pork and vegetable mixture cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Heat the Rice
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging. Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl and add 1/2 tsp. salt. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.
Carefully remove rice from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping rice with pork mixture and garnishing with green onions and wonton strips. Bon appétit!
