Cooking Guidelines

Prepare the Ingredients
In one provided tray, combine zucchini, peas, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, half the Italian seasoning (reserve remaining for meatloaves), and 2 tsp. olive oil.
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef, panko, remaining Italian seasoning, garlic salt, sour cream, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.Form mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. Add meatloaves to second provided tray. -
Add the Toppings
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.
Carefully remove trays from oven. Drain excess liquid from meatloaves tray. Trays will be hot! Use caution.Top meatloaves evenly with marinara, then mozzarella.Top vegetables evenly with Parmesan. -
Bake the Meal
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!
