Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

Prepare the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry.
Place fries, 4 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper on one prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasonings into fries. Spread into an even layer. -
Prepare the Pineapples and Chicken
Drain pineapples and pat dry.
Place pineapples on one half of second prepared baking sheet.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.Place chicken on empty side of sheet and evenly top with half the teriyaki glaze (reserve remaining for sandwich assembly). -
Roast the Meal
Roast both sheets in hot oven until fries are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes, flipping fries and pineapples halfway through.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir black garlic seasoning into fries until combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While meal roasts, continue recipe. -
Make the Slaw
In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage and dressing. Set aside.

Toast Rolls and Finish Dish
Place rolls directly on oven rack.
Toast in hot oven until heated through and golden-brown, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom roll with remaining teriyaki glaze, chicken, pineapples, slaw, then top roll. Bon appétit!
