Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Pasta and Spinach
Using hands, tear spinach into smaller pieces.
Evenly divide spinach, pasta, and 2 tsp. olive oil between both provided trays. Cover both trays with foil. -
Start Meal and Add Sauce
Bake covered in hot oven until spinach wilts, 8-10 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Evenly divide onion salt, cream cheese, Bolognese, and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish) between both trays. Stir to combine. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.Cover trays with foil. -
Finish Meal and Make Herbed Ricotta
Bake again covered in hot oven until heated through, 13-18 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine ricotta and chimichurri seasoning. Set aside.Carefully remove from oven. Add 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper to both trays and stir to combine.To serve, dollop ricotta mixture over pasta and garnish with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
