Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Broccoli
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.
In provided tray, combine broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While broccoli bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and soy sauce. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground pork, mayonnaise, Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse), and 1/4 tsp. salt. Form mixture into 6 equally-sized meatballs.After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and push broccoli to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Add meatballs to now-empty side of tray. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid from tray. Stir butter and sesame seeds into broccoli.To serve, drizzle boom boom sauce (to taste) over meatballs. Bon appétit!
