Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Start the Chicken
Pat chicken dry.
Evenly divide chicken between both provided trays. Top each tray with 1 tsp. olive oil.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Chicken will finish cooking in a later step.While chicken bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Broccoli and Sauce
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove trays from oven and drain any excess liquid.Evenly divide peas, broccoli, pot roast seasoning, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and cream base between trays. Stir to combine. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes. -
3 Bake Meal and Heat Rice
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
While meal bakes, carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging.Combine rice and 1/2 tsp. salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Stir butter into rice until melted and combined and fluff with a fork.Carefully remove trays from oven and stir.To serve, top rice with chicken mixture and garnish with crispy onions.
