If using ground beef, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Start the Meatloaves
Spray both provided trays with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, onion salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.Place in one prepared tray and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.Meatloaves will finish cooking in a later step.While meatloaves bake, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare Peas and Top Meatloaves
Place peas, 2 Tbsp. water, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt in second prepared tray. Stir to combine and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover with foil.
In another mixing bowl, combine half the softened cream cheese (reserve remaining for mashed potatoes), shredded cheese, and pesto. Set aside.After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and evenly top meatloaves with cream cheese mixture. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
3 Bake Meal and Heat Mashed Potatoes
Bake both trays (peas covered, meatloaves uncovered) in hot oven until peas are heated through and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
While meal bakes, place mashed potatoes, 1/4 tsp. salt, and remaining softened cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and vigorously stir to combine. Set aside.Carefully remove trays from oven. Uncover peas and stir in softened butter until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, slice meatloaf, if desired. Bon appétit!
