Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Combine green beans, 1 tsp. olive oil, lemon n herb seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt in provided tray. Massage oil and seasonings into green beans. Spread into an even layer. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add Salmon and Bake Meal
Pat salmon dry and season flesh side with black garlic seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt.
After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Drain any excess liquid from tray and push green beans to one side. Tray will be hot! Use caution.Place salmon in now-empty side of tray and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover green beans side with foil.Bake half-covered in hot oven until green beans are tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Mashed Potatoes and Finish Dish
Trim and thinly slice green onions.
Add mashed potatoes, 3/4 the green onions (reserve remaining for garnish), minced garlic and parsley, cream cheese, and 1/4 tsp. salt to a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and vigorously stir to combine. Set aside.Place butter in another microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until melted, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave.To serve, top salmon with melted butter. Garnish mashed potatoes with remaining green onions. Bon appétit!
