Does a weeknight pasta need to be complicated? No, it does not. (We answered our own question here. We often do that. We also often talk to ourselves during these meal descriptions. Is that weird?) This pasta comes together right quick, with tons of flavor and delicious yummies, like shrimp, mushrooms, juicy tomatoes, a hint of heat (red pepper flakes), and a bunch of cheese (nutty Parmesan.) Is this weeknight pasta the one of your dreams? That's a question only you can answer.
