If using ground beef, break up in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

1 Prepare the Green Beans and Turkey
Trim green beans, if necessary. Break in half using hands.
Place green beans, sesame oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in one provided tray. Massage oil and seasonings into green beans. Spread into an even layer.Place ground turkey in second provided tray. Break up into small pieces and season all over with Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse). -
2 Bake the Meal
Bake green beans uncovered in hot oven until tender, 25-30 minutes.
Bake ground turkey uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 17-20 minutes.Carefully remove turkey tray from oven and drain any excess liquid; leave green beans tray in oven.Stir soy sauce and sweet chili sauce into turkey until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Bake again uncovered in hot oven until sauce is heated through, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove both trays from oven.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Rice and Finish Meal
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
Place rice, coconut milk, minced garlic and parsley, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in a microwave-safe bowl. Don't worry if coconut milk has solidified. It is part of natural processes. Break up as needed. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork.While rice microwaves, coarsely crush peanuts in shipping bag.To serve, top rice with ground turkey and green beans. Garnish with crushed peanuts. Bon appétit!
