Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Start the Tortellini and Tomatoes
Prick tomatoes all over with a fork. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.
Evenly divide tortellini, tomatoes, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, and 1/2 cup water between both provided trays. Cover both trays with foil.Bake both trays covered in hot oven until tomatoes burst, 10-15 minutes. -
2 Add the Sauce and Cheese
Carefully remove both trays from oven.
Tear spinach leaves.Evenly divide marinara, cream base, garlic salt, spinach, and half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) between both trays. Stir to combine and cover with foil. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil. -
3 Finish the Meal
Bake both trays again covered in hot oven until tortellini are heated through and tender, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove trays from oven. Evenly divide butter between both trays and stir until melted and combined. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, garnish with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
