Par-Bake the Flatbreads
Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet.
Par-bake in hot oven until flatbread edges are browned, 6-10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While flatbreads par-bake, continue recipe. -
Prepare the Ingredients
Trim and thinly slice half the green onions (remaining are yours to use as you please!).
Halve and peel shallot. Slice halves into thin strips. Pat chicken dry. Halve any larger pieces to roughly match smaller pieces. Season all over with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. -
Cook the Chicken
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken to hot pan. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.
Remove from burner. Stir in half the Buffalo sauce (to taste; reserve remaining for pizza) and butter until melted and combined. -
Assemble the Pizzas
Combine remaining Buffalo sauce (to taste) and crème fraîche in a mixing bowl.
Flip flatbreads and top with Buffalo-crème fraîche mixture (to taste), sauced chicken, mozzarella, blue cheese (to taste), and shallots. -
Bake Pizzas and Finish Dish
Bake in hot oven until cheese is melted and bubbling, 5-10 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with green onions and hot sauce (to taste). Bon appétit!
