Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

Add protein to meal as desired.

Prepare the Ingredients
Halve tomatoes. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.
Thinly slice garlic. -
Cook the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add tomatoes, garlic, corn, and potato spice seasoning to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tomatoes begin to release juices, 3-5 minutes.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
Toast the Panko
Combine panko, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil on a microwave-safe plate.
Microwave until golden-brown and toasted, 1-2 minutes, stirring once halfway through. -
Add Pasta and Finish Dish
Add mirepoix base, 1/2 cup water, spinach, pasta, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir occasionally until spinach has wilted and water is mostly evaporated, 3-5 minutes.Remove from burner and stir in Sicilian sauce (to taste) and half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) until melted and combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with remaining cheese and toasted panko.
