Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

    Prepare Potatoes and Make Cream Cheese Topping

    Cut potatoes into 1/4" wedges and pat dry.

    Place wedges in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until fork-tender, 4-6 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave.

    While potatoes microwave, in a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, minced garlic and parsley, pesto, half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for chicken), and lemon juice. Set aside.

    Assemble the Potatoes

    Place microwaved potatoes on prepared baking sheet.

    Top with 4 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, chimichurri seasoning, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes and spread into an even layer on one side of sheet.

    Add the Chicken

    Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Place chicken on empty side of baking sheet. Evenly top with cream cheese topping, then remaining shredded cheese, pressing gently to adhere.

    Roast Potatoes and Chicken and Finish Dish

    Roast in hot oven until potatoes are golden-brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.

    Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    To serve, pair garlic aioli with potatoes for dipping. Bon appétit!
