Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into 1" pieces.
Trim and thinly slice green onions. -
2 Add the Broccoli
Place broccoli on prepared baking sheet.
Top with 2 tsp. olive oil, half the ranch seasoning (reserve remaining for chicken), and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into broccoli and push to one side of sheet, spreading into an even layer. -
3 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with remaining ranch seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper. Place chicken on empty side of baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and Buffalo sauce (use less if spice-averse). Evenly top chicken with Buffalo mixture (use less if spice-averse). -
4 Roast Broccoli and Chicken and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 13-16 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove sheet from oven. Stir pesto into broccoli until combined. Baking sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top chicken with green onions. Bon appétit!
