If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-4 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Prick potatoes with a fork all over. Place potatoes on a microwave-safe plate.
Working in batches if necessary, microwave until fork-tender, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Let cool, 5 minutes.While potatoes cool, pat pork chops dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.Once cool enough to handle, cut potatoes into 1"-thick slices. Season all over with garlic salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. You should have 2-3 slices per potato. -
2 Cook the Pork Chops
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork chops to hot pan. Cook until golden-brown and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Start the Vegetables
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Working in batches if necessary, add microwaved potatoes and diced peppers to hot pan. Cook potatoes undisturbed until browned, 2-3 minutes per side.Stir occasionally until peppers are tender, 1-2 minutes. -
4 Finish Vegetables and Finish Dish
Add demi-glace and garlic & herb butter to hot pan. Stir occasionally until combined and potatoes are coated, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner and evenly top with cheese.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork chop with softened Tuscan herb butter (to taste). Garnish potatoes with sour cream. Bon appétit!
