Customize It Instructions
-
If using ground beef, roast until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 17-20 minutes.
-
1 Start the Vegetables
Cut potatoes into 1" dice. Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and top with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes. Spread into a single layer.
Roast in hot oven, 12 minutes.
While potatoes roast, continue recipe.
-
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
In a mixing bowl, combine panko, ground turkey, and garlic salt. Form mixture into 16 evenly-sized meatballs.
-
3 Add the Green Beans and Meatballs
After 12 minutes, carefully remove baking sheet from oven. Push potatoes to 1/3 of baking sheet and evenly top with cheese. Potatoes will be hot! Use a utensil.
Place green beans on now-empty side of sheet and evenly top with 2 tsp. olive oil and potato spice seasoning. Toss to combine and push to middle of sheet. Spread into an even layer in center.
Place meatballs on now-empty side of sheet.
-
4 Finish the Vegetables and Meatballs
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.
-
5 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Place butter and Buffalo sauce (to taste) in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until butter melts, 30-60 seconds.
Carefully remove from microwave. Stir to combine.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with sauce (to taste). Serve dressing on the side for dipping. Bon appétit!
