  1. 1

    Par-Bake the Naan

Place naan on prepared baking sheet.

Broil under hot broiler until lightly browned, 3-5 minutes.

Don't text and broil! Keep an eye on oven as naan may burn easily under broiler. Carefully remove from broiler.

    While naan par-bakes, continue recipe.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Ingredients

Quarter pear, core, and thinly slice.

In a mixing bowl, combine arugula, lemon juice, and a pinch of pepper.

  3. 3

    Crisp the Prosciutto

Line a plate with a paper towel. Remove prosciutto from refrigerator.

Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1/2 tsp. olive oil. Working in batches, add prosciutto to hot pan in a single layer. Cook until crispy, 1-2 minutes per side.

Remove from burner. Transfer prosciutto to towel-lined plate. Once cool enough to handle, break into bite-sized pieces.

    Wipe pan clean and reserve.

  4. 4

    Make the Sauce

Return pan used to crisp prosciutto to medium heat. Add 1/4 cup water and crème fraîche to hot pan. Stir often until crème fraîche melts, 2-3 minutes.

Add garlic pepper and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish). Stir until combined, 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

  5. 5

    Assemble Flatbread and Finish Dish

Evenly divide sauce, mozzarella, crisped prosciutto, and half the pears (remaining is yours to use as you please!) over toasted naan.

Broil under hot broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly, 3-5 minutes.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping flatbread with dressed arugula, remaining Parmesan, and honey. Bon appétit!
