Some tostadas use beans as a base (how alliterative), and some have a tangy, creamy aioli or crema, but what could be better to top a crunchy tostada than rich, delicious guacamole? It's topped here with some first-class Tex-Mex ingredients, spicy jalapeño, meaty ground pork, onion, and fresh cilantro. Tostadas come in all colors, sizes, and flavors, but we're going green this time.
