    Prepare the Ingredients

    Quarter apple and remove core.

    Stem mint.

    Finish the Smoothie

    Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high, 5 minutes.

    Add 2 cups ice and blend until smooth.

    Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
