Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as beef in Steps 1, 2, and 3, baking covered, 15 minutes. Carefully uncover and bake again until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 12-15 minutes.

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as beef in Steps 1, 2, and 3, baking covered, 15 minutes. Carefully uncover and bake again until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 10-12 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as beef in Steps 1, 2, and 3, baking covered, 15 minutes. Carefully uncover and bake again until burger is heated through,10-12 minutes.

1 Make the Meatballs
Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes.Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, 1 tsp. olive oil, Parmesan, panko, half the seasoning blend (reserve remaining for pasta), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form into eight equally-sized meatballs. -
2 Assemble the Meal
Combine pasta, red bell peppers, remaining seasoning blend, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Top with meatballs.
In another mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup water and marinara. Top meatballs with marinara-water mixture. -
3 Finish the Dish
Cover with foil and bake in hot oven, 15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and uncover. Top evenly with mozzarella and pepperoni.Bake uncovered until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
