Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground beef, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Halve potatoes. (If larger than a ping-pong ball, cut into six to eight wedges.)

    Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.

    Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and add half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves), a pinch of pepper, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes. Spread into an even layer on half of prepared baking sheet.

    Add the Meatloaves

    In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, remaining garlic salt, white portions of green onions, a pinch of pepper, ricotta, and panko. Mix until thoroughly combined.

    Form meat mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. Transfer to empty side of baking sheet.

    Roast Potatoes and Loaves and Prepare Green Beans

    Roast baking sheet in hot oven until potatoes are fork-tender and meatloaves have browned, 12-15 minutes.

    Meatloaves will finish cooking in a later step.

    While loaves and potatoes roast, trim green beans, if necessary.

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine green beans, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.

    Add Green Beans and Roast Dish

    After 12-15 minutes, carefully remove from oven. Push potatoes to one third of sheet and top with half the grated cheese (reserve remaining for garnish). Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil. Place green beans in center, between potatoes and meatloaves. Reserve bowl; no need to wipe clean.

    Roast again in hot oven until green beans are fork-tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 12-15 minutes.

    While meal roasts, place butter in reserved microwave safe-bowl. Microwave uncovered until melted, 30-45 seconds.

    After 12-15 minutes, carefully remove from oven. Drizzle half the melted butter (reserve remaining for sauce) on green beans.

    Heat Sauce and Finish Dish

    Stir marinara into microwave-safe bowl with remaining butter until combined. Cover with a damp paper towel.

    Microwave covered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave,

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, slicing meatloaves if desired and topping with sauce and remaining cheese. Garnish potatoes with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
