Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using ground beef, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Peel, trim, and cut carrot into 1/4" slices on an angle. If carrot is larger than 1" in diameter, halve before slicing.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, half the cheese (reserve remaining for topping), garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Form mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. -
Assemble the Carrots
Place carrots on one half of prepared baking sheet. Evenly top with 2 tsp. olive oil.

Assemble the Meatloaves
Place meatloaves on empty side of sheet. Evenly top with ketchup, remaining cheese, then bacon, pressing gently to adhere.

Roast the Carrots and Meatloaves
Roast in hot oven until carrots are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Stir honey, softened butter, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper into carrots until combined. Sheet will be hot! Use caution.While carrots and meatloaves roast, continue recipe. -
Bake the Garlic Bread
Remove garlic bread from packaging.
Place bread directly on oven rack.Bake in hot oven until lightly golden-brown, 10-12 minutes.If defrosted, reduce cooking time and check for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, slicing bread, if desired. Bon appétit!
