  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |

Customize It Instructions

  • If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

  • If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

  • If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

  1. 1

    Prepare the Green Onions

Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.

  2. 2

    Cook the Turkey

Place a large pot over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.

Add ground turkey and white portions of green onions to hot pot. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.

Add half the sweet chili sauce (reserve remaining for sauce) and stir to combine, 1-2 minutes.

Transfer turkey to a plate and set aside. Keep pot over medium heat; no need to wipe clean.

  3. 3

    Cook the Vegetables

Add sesame oil, carrots, red cabbage, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pot.

Stir occasionally until vegetables are tender, 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the Turkey and Sauce

Add turkey and accumulated juices to hot pot.

Stir in orange sauce (to taste), remaining sweet chili sauce, and 1/4 cup water until combined.

  5. 5

    Add Noodles and Finish Dish

    Add noodles to hot pot.

Stir occasionally until heated through, 2-4 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodles with green portions of green onions, sesame seeds, and wonton strips. Bon appétit!
