Make the Sandwich
Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.
Halve and juice lime.Stem cilantro.Mix slaw, mayonnaise, and 2 tsp. lime juice.Place chicken in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until warm, 1-2 minutes. Add BBQ sauce and combineToast French roll until lightly toasted, 2-3 minutes.Top bottom roll with chicken mixture and slaw. Garnish with cilantro leaves and top with top roll. Bon appétit!
