- Salt
- Pepper

- 2 Baking Sheets
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Roast the Chicken
Pat chicken dry.
Place chicken on one prepared baking sheet and top with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into chicken.Roast in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Rest until cool enough to handle, 5-10 minutes.While chicken roasts and cools, continue recipe. -
Par-Bake Flatbreads and Prepare Celery
Place flatbreads on second prepared baking sheet, flat-side up, and bake in hot oven until lightly browned, 7-9 minutes.
While flatbreads par-bake, trim ends off celery and cut into 1/4" dice. -
Make the Chicken Mixture
Once chicken is cool enough to handle, transfer to a mixing bowl. Using two forks, shred into bite-sized pieces.
Add softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce (to taste), and half the cheddar (reserve remaining for topping) and stir until combined. -
Assemble the Flatbreads
Carefully remove flatbreads from oven. Flip flatbreads over so they lay flat-side down. Evenly top with chicken mixture, remaining cheddar, and blue cheese (to taste).

Bake Flatbreads and Finish Dish
Bake again in hot oven until cheese has melted and flatbread edges are brown and crispy, 4-6 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with hot sauce (to taste) and celery. Bon appétit!
