If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Carrots
Place carrots, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for chicken), and 2 tsp. olive oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir to combine and cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until carrots are tender, 6-8 minutes.While carrots microwave, continue recipe. -
2 Add Chicken and Bake Meal
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1 tsp. olive oil and remaining garlic salt. Place in one provided tray.
After 6-8 minutes, carefully remove carrots from microwave. Transfer to second provided tray. Reserve bowl.Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until carrots are slightly browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove trays from oven. Stir softened butter into carrots until melted and combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Mashed Potatoes, Make Dill Crema, and Finish Meal
Place mashed potatoes, sour cream, and 1/2 tsp. salt in reserved microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir to combine. Set aside.While potatoes microwave, stem dill.In a mixing bowl, combine creme fraiche, lemon n herb seasoning, and dill. Stir to combine. Set aside.To serve, top chicken with dill crema. Garnish carrots with cheese. Bon appétit!
