Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into 1" pieces.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet. Add 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and garlic pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes and spread into an even layer on one half of sheet. -
Add the Meatloaf
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef, savory seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, ricotta, and panko. Form meat mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. Place loaves on empty side of baking sheet and top evenly with 1 tsp. olive oil.
In another mixing bowl, combine ketchup and brown sugar. Set aside. -
Roast the Potatoes and Meatloaves and Add Broccoli
Roast in hot oven until potatoes and meatloaves are browned, 13-15 minutes.
Meatloaves will finish roasting in another step.Carefully remove baking sheet from oven. Top meatloaves evenly with brown sugar-ketchup mixture. Push potatoes to one third of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Add broccoli to center of sheet. Top with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt. -
Roast Vegetables and Meatloaves and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until potatoes and broccoli are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 7-9 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, stir softened butter into potatoes and broccoli until melted and combined. Bon appétit!
