1 Microwave Instructions
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Drain chicken and pat dry.
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps.Remove rice from packaging.Pierce tomatoes with a fork all over. Place in one side of provided tray and add 1 tsp. olive oil, demi-glace, rice, 1/4 tsp. of salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir to combine.Place spinach, chicken, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to empty side of tray.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave again covered until rice and chicken are heated through, 5-6 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Gently press tomatoes to release juices and stir butter into rice until melted and combined (to taste).To serve, garnish with cheese. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection.
