Cooking Guidelines

Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

If using NY strip steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

Prepare the Ingredients
Drain beans.
Core tomato and cut into 1/4" dice.Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
Cook the Vegetables and Beans
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add white portions of green onions, corn, half the beans (remaining are yours to use as you please!), tomatoes, taco seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until vegetables are tender, 3-5 minutes. -
Add the Sauce and Pasta
Add cheese, cream base, 2 Tbsp. water, hot sauce (to taste), and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until cheese is melted and combined, 1-2 minutes.
Bring to a simmer.Once simmering, add pasta and stir until coated and heated through, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing pasta with green portions of green onions and tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
