Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Cook the Noodles
Once water is boiling, add noodles and cook until tender, 4-5 minutes.
Reserve 1/4 cup noodle cooking water.Drain noodles in a colander, rinsing with cold water. Drain again thoroughly and set aside. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim bottom end from broccolini and cut into 2" lengths.
Trim and slice white portions of green onions into 1/2" pieces. Thinly slice remaining green portions of green onions on an angle. Keep white and green portions separate.Separate sliced pork into a single layer, pat dry, and season all over with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
3 Cook the Broccolini
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add broccolini, 1 Tbsp. water, and white portions of green onions to hot pan. Cover, and stir occasionally until tender, 5-7 minutes. -
4 Add the Pork
Uncover and add pork to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes.
Add teriyaki glaze, brown sugar, Sriracha (to taste), and half the pasta cooking water. Stir occasionally until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. Add noodles to pan and stir to combine. If too thick, add additional reserved pasta cooking water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
