Microwave Instructions
Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Drain pot roast and separate into bite-sized pieces. Tear spinach.Combine pot roast and demi-glace in one section of provided tray. In empty section of tray, add mashed potatoes, half the garlic salt (remaining is yours to use as you please!), a pinch of pepper, and cream cheese. Stir vigorously to combine. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.Top potatoes with spinach and 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover tray with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until spinach is wilted and pot roast is heated through, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir mashed potatoes until spinach and cream cheese are thoroughly combined. Add butter to pot roast section and mix well until gravy forms.To serve, top pot roast with gravy and garnish mashed potatoes with crispy onions. Bon appétit! -

Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
