Perhaps you've heard of a certain fast-food franchise that offers a seasonal mint green colored shake right around St. Patrick's Day. We humbly offer a decidedly healthier, more natural rendition with this tasty smoothie. Fresh mint and greens like spinach and kale give this smoothie a multitude of nutritional benefits without sacrificing any of the flavor. Blend one up and you'll consider yourself lucky to have skipped the drive-through window.
